World famous Maa Pitambara Peeth is located in Datia district of Madhya Pradesh, India. Pitambara Peeth is one of the popular Shaktipeeths of the country. It is said that once there used to be a crematorium at this place, but today it is a world famous temple. It is the belief of the local people that in connection with lawsuits etc. the rituals of Maa Pitambara bring success.

There is a temple of 'Maa Dhumavati Devi' in the courtyard of Pitambara Peeth, which is the only temple of Bhagwati Dhumavati in India.

It is said that if rituals are performed according to Shastra, then wishes are fulfilled soon. Maa Pitambara is believed to be the goddess of Royalty and devotees worship her in this form.

Devotees who wish for Royalty come here and offer secret worship. Mother Pitambara is the presiding deity of enemy destruction and worship of mother has special significance in attaining royalty.

A beautiful idol of Maa Baglamukhi Devi is enshrined in the temple premises. Mother holds Mudgar, Pash, Vajra and Shatrujiva in her hands. It is believed that his rituals are considered to be successful in lawsuits etc. While worshiping them, the seeker gets victory. The enemies are completely defeated.
